It says they are Kate Spade on the page and I found two that it could be, just not in the purple.  It's either the Miranda or Lora Halter (most likely Lora since its a higher heel) :

Thanks!  I have been able to find something similar but not the purple.  They are perfect and I would love to get my hands on them.
