I'm just looking for more info/pictures of this venue. I've contacted them for pricing information but they were a little vague.

So anyone who has pictures/pricing information please? I have searched the board but I didn't find anything.

Hi!

I don't have any pics, but we're having our reception there on March 9th.  His prices are very reasonable.  I won't quote our package in case his pricing has changed.

I can say that the packages are very reasonable, and Clark (the owner) is great to work with. You also can't beat the private parking, and it's ample.

FI and I went over for a couple of drinks to check the place out before we booked an appointment with Clark.  Fair warning, from the outside it looks meh, but inside it's really lovely and unique.  I will hardly have to decorate at all, my caterer is dong table cloths and such, but the decor of the bar is plenty enough!

Also, while  there is enough seating for people (we've got 150 on the guest list) but it's not all tradtional tables...because of this we're doing stations and a heavy app cocktail type reception.

We love the place and go there for drinks on date nights now.

Hmmm...I wonder if their pricing has changed? Mine was pretty specific. I don't have any pics yet either since we are getting married on February 9th but I think I might have the email that he sent me with pricing if you want to give me your email addresss. It was last year that I booked so please know that it might have changed some. The packages are very reasonable. We couldn't believe it was such a good deal for such a great place.

We also went in for a drink to check it out and Lizzie is right, it is gorgeous inside but doesn't look like much from the outside. We aren't even doing any table cloths or flowers at all because it is so beautifully and originally decorated, we didn't want to take away from that. My caterer is providing table cloths for the buffet but that's it. Clark is super nice (he even paid for our drinks when we went to meet with him) and very easy going and helpful.
It's so close to our ceremony venue, I was super excited to find it. I can't say enough great things about it.

We are using Butter and Company.  Graham, one of the owners, is fantastic!  His prices are super reasonable and the food it so yummy!!!!  We're feeding about 150, really, really well (including apps at cocktail hour) for around $4,000.  This includes a prime rib carving station as well.

The bar package is around $3500, IIRC.  4 hours, well brands, beer wine and sode.  Includes the facility and staff.
