Snaptacular photos?

Does anyone know anything about Snaptacular Photos? I love their photos but I can't get a response from them through email or by phone to set up an appointment. I've been trying for a week...sent multiple emails and left messages. Is this normal or should I forget them?

The thing is I love their work on the website and they include a photobooth for under $3K.

I love their work too! They are super nice too. I recieved a pretty quick response from them. They sent me their prices and packages by email. If you like, I can send it to you.

I am also looking at another photographer. It is "For Sale by Photo, LLC" they remind a lot of Snaptacular Photo, but they are much cheaper. I have met with them in person and they are a very fun couple!

Snaptacular Photos is amazing! They are a husband and wife duo. I feel you really get your money's worth and they are really easy to work with. Maybe your email was lost or something. Try emailing them again. They are worth it!

Thanks so much. I understand they might be busy but I've read stories about people being unable to get ahold of other companies and then the company not delivering. I just wanted to make sure they were reputable because I LOVE their work and I'd like to book them if I could just get ahold of them:)

It took a week for them to respond back to me as well. I was worried as well, but then I realized that the wife is indeed pregnant. So I understand the timing.

Snaptacular will be shooting my wedding next year. I know Jessica Merrit from childhood, and she is super. I had to wait a while for a response as well, but it's well worth it. They take beautiful pictures! For Sale by Photo did my sisters wedding back in 07'. They were good photographers, but I wouldn't say that they were very artistic or used a photojournalistic method. It all depends on what you want and how much money you want to spend.

Hey ladies! It's Jessica from Snaptacular Photos!

Thanks for the kind words! As you may have heard, we are expecting a little boy this October and we are so excited!

As soon as we found out I was pregnant, we started transitioning into a system where JD handles a lot more of Snaptacular than before! He is not quite as fast as I am, because he is also processing client photos and orders at the same time. It's been a little bumpy getting him used to all of the work, but after a few months of the transition now, we're glad that we've gotten it straightened out before our little one comes and things get more complicated!

Now, JD is completely in charge of our client contacts, but we both see everything that gets emailed to us. I still stay on top of him to make sure everyone is taken care of, but if for any reason you feel like we're not responding fast enough, just email me at jessica@snaptacularphotos.com and I will get to cracking the whip on him!
