Hello! I am eagerly trying to transfer my date to someone else who loves this venue (LA TRANQUILA RANCH TOMBALL TEXAS) and would like to use it on October 6, 2012 (a saturday). I am willing to let it go at a lower rate than what it is going for. I have it reserved for 200 people but it can seat up to 300 guests.
