Houston Bachelorette party

Im putting together a bachelorette party for my best friend in Houston this January.  We are having difficulty thinking of a fun day activity that we can all do in the winter.

She's not really into the whole spa day thing and we are really trying to be budget conscious since one of the ladies joining us will have just had her first child and another one of the girls is having her wedding a couple weeks after the party.

any fun ideas?

thanks!

Howl at the Moon is great! We did a lingerie and apps/cocktail party and then H at the M for one of my bffs bparty.

How about a pole dancing class, passion party/lingerie with apps and cocktails at someones home or a cute hotel. We did this for a friend's bparty in April.

What about Pinot & Palette or something like that, it's painting and wine or there is a place called something like Painting with a Twist.

Mine was dinner at Fajita Flats, LeBare, Salsa dancing. Everything I wanted.

Sur la Table or Pinot & Palette would both be fun.

One of my girlfriends is having a "girls weekend" throwback to childhood sleepovers. Everyone chips in for a hotel suite at the Westin Galleria, and we shop, ice skate, go to dinner at one of the fun Galleria restaurants, and then return to our hotel room to spend the night watching chick flicks or wedding flicks (Father of the Bride, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun). She had her heart set on lots of "bonding time" and did not want a wild party with a lot of drinking or anything scandalous, so this was a perfect fit for her.

I went to a Bachelorette party at Howl at the Moon this weekend and it was a blast. The bride had a great time, so I would definitely recommend.
And now we are as one
