Any recommendations for a venue with personality downtown? Maybe something with a view?

Venue Budget $4000 to $6500

downtown club at the plaza, downtown club at houston center, alden hotel, magnolia hotel, houston center, the corinthian (love that place), and tanglewood terrace.

II've been in your shoes and after tons of research, decided on The Grove in Discovery Green. You can rent out the top floor (The Vista Room) and you have the option of having your ceremony outside on their Treehouse Deck. The catering is included in the price ( no rental fee) because it's a restaurant. It overlooks downtown, but is surrounded by a park. It may or may not be for you. Good luck!
