Vendor Recommendations

hi - i'm an old Knottie from Dallas and i'm trying to help my mother plan her wedding in Houston.

Her reception will be at the Crowne Plaza Houston West in the Energy Corridor.  I have no idea where this is so i'm not really sure how to go about finding vendors.  I know Houston is pretty spread out so I'm trying to find vendors that are nearby that won't cost her an arm and a leg in delivery charges.  Like everyone else, they're on a tight budget.  They're also older so it's not a big party crowd.  50 guests, immediately family and close friends.

DJ

Cake

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Linens and Photography: Savvy Couture Creation www.savvycouturecreations.com Lori is AWESOME!!! I LOVE HER!!! Her photograpy starts at $450 for 7 hrours and her most expensive package is like $700 for 11 hrs + 2 hr epic session. And her linens were the cheapest I was able to find.

For our cake, we used Cakes Houston: 281-251-4429. They are in Spring, though, so I think it's kind of far from the venue.

The DJ we used was Jonny Black Productions. He was amazing.

For a photographer I would recommend Courtney Moore Photographer. She is sweet and incredibly talented.
