Catering in Houston

Hi,
can anyone recommend a good and affordable caterer (not a venue) that would cater at your location. Preferably sit down or family style dinner but buffet suggestions are also welcome.

What type of food are you interested in for your reception.....chicken & steak, italian, mexican, general?

We used Josies Place of of Shepherd and Little York. They offer everything from soul food to mexican. They were extremely reasonable, and the food was good. We still have people talking about how good the food was and it wasn't the usual blah wedding food. Ms. Sylvia was great to work with also. We were surprise at her cost that we were able to do plated dinners. I would def. suggest go and try and you will see for yourself!

More like general. Like 1 beef dish and something else. Plus some nice hors d'oeuvres.
