Gift Bags for the out of towners

What are some of the best gift bag ideas y'all have seen for your out of town guests?
I really want to get them something that they can use and enjoy!

    homemade Salsa in a jar? Something very "texas"-ish. travel size things like toothpaste, mouth wash, a small sewing kit.Brouchures of nearby attractions.

    Most guests just like something edible.  We put water, sprite, breakfast muffins, candy, crackers shaped like Texas (they have them at HEB), peppermints, granola bars, instant coffee packets, a CD with songs we liked, and a thank you card.

    Maybe throw some Beef Jerky in for the men. My FI, dad, and brothers will gnaw on a peice of beef jerky for a good while. It is almost like a pacifier for guys. ;-)
