Wine Selection Advice?

I only drink sweet wines so I was hoping someone could suggest other selections that might be a popular choice. I was thinking of 2 whites and 2 reds, sweet and dry. Normally if I dink, I like Riesling or Moscato.

Please tell me what do you like and how would you describe the flavor?

I plan to attend a wine tasting before my event but I want to know what is most popular?

For white I'd have one sweet and one dry.  Maybe a Reisling/Moscato and a Chardonnay.  For red, Merlot is always a winner, and then I'd throw a Cabernet in there (I like Shiraz Cabernet).

I like sweet wines too... I didn't really have a favorite, and DH's drink of choice is Budweiser (but will drink wine on occasion with me)....

We went to the Spec's downtown and asked for Bear who was recommended to us, unfortunately he was out of town... but another wine expert was able to suggest a few in the price range we wanted...We bought 3 whites and 3 reds, a muscato (which is now my favorite...Santero - Moscato D'Asti) and a Sparkling wine / champagne... we had a small wine tasting at our house with family members and neighbors that are really into wine...and voted for the ones we liked best... all the wines he suggested were great!!! and the final outcome... everyone loved the ones we had at the wedding...

Try a few and pick the ones you like... good luck!
