intro and a ?

I'm sure all the newly engaged are about to come out of the woodwork, so I thought I would start.

We got engaged on Christmas eve.

Did any of you struggle with having a wedding at home or away from everyone? That is what we just can't figure out, (I do know it's very early but we have talked about this for a long time.).

    When you say away from everyone do you mean friends or familiy?

    FI and I only have friends and our immdiatly family in Houston. All of our extended family is in St Louis and England. Because of that reason, we are having a smaller wedding around 70 people. It hasn't bothered us though. We still are sending invites and hoping people can make the trip! Be sure to set up hotel information to make things easier for your guest!

    We originally thought of eloping just him and I. Not sure if that is gonna happen.

    I am very excited though and looking at all kinds of weddings!

    I'm like primo, all our immediate family is here but that's it. All aunts, uncles, grandparents etc are in other states. That being said, most family did make the trip and our final total was 65 including us- a very small wedding :)
