Quick q.. did you get to taste your side items and hor-deuvres that you are serving to your guests?
I'm a bit concerned because I KNOW our caterer said that we come in about 1 week before the wedding to taste and make final selections.. but I just called today to make the appointment to pick out our sides and he said we don't get a second tasting. In other words, we will have to choose our side items and hor deuvres without trying them first.
(we already tasted our "main" part of the meal which is the meat, as well as the salads and wine. We were super happy with what we had tried and that's why we chose them).
I'm not happy about not getting to try the other items we're serving but just in case I'm being "bridezilla" I just want to ask around first.
