Weddings by Debbie

Has anyone gone to that store and/or know about their selection and prices?

I'm not having a good shopping experience right now... So I'm looking for another place to try.

I got my dress at WBD and had an absolutely amazing experience there when I was dress shopping! I highly recommend it. They treat you like a queen! Also, with alterations and such so far things have been really great. I am very pleased with everythign there!

I also got my dress here.  They have an awesome selection of dresses from $700 to $8000 and everyone there is very friendly and easy to work with.  They don't pressure you to get a certain dress and work within your price range to find the perfect dress for you.  WBD was actually the first place I went to try on dresses and I ended up buying my dress that day (when you know its the one, you just know).  I still went to 3 other bridal salons as I already had the appointments set up (didn't think I would buy a dress from the first place I went...plus it wasn't even the type/designer I thought I wanted) and was SO SO SO happy I had purchased from WBD!  I have only good things to say about them from the dress shopping experience to the alterations!

I also purchased my dress from weddings by debbie and I could not recommend them more. I bought my dress under similar circumstances (bad first dress shopping experiences) and wish I would have went there first.

Everyone was super friendly and the store was organized by designer and their price range so if you did not want to look at the $7K dresses they had in the back you didnt have to.

Also I just got the call last friday that my dress was in and it was right on time when they said it would be (took about 5 months). I was able to come in any time the next day to pay it off and had no problems scheduling an appointment to come back and try it on! They are holding my dress free of charge until my wedding and it is insured while it is on their property so no stress of trying to store/keep it from fiance until then. So far so good with weddings by debbie!

I second what everyone else has said.  Staff is super friendly, wide range of prices & no pressure.  I was very happy with my experience there & would definately recommend to future brides.

Nope. I will tell everyone to run from there and go look at other options. Mine was a nightmare. They jacked up my dress in alterations and they acted like they did nothing wrong! Also when I went to look because they have so many over the top expensive dresses, I didn't pull many to look at it and the lady was so not thrilled to help me.  Also the day I went to pick up my dress and veil for the wedding, they LOST my veil and eventually had me come back the next day to get it, in which case I still do not believe it was THE same one, and they had cut all the edges, it was terrible.

I was divided. Overall, I purchased my lovely gown there, was given a discount becuase I chose my dress on my first visit, and my salesperson was more than exceptional, friendly, and her service could not be beat (Lina). I can't recommend her enough, because she is the only reason I think this place deserves a visit.

However, some of the  other staff was extremely rude, and made me feel like I don't belong there. Some of the comments they make and facial expressions they have are unnecessary and inappropriate. I guess it was my mistake for dressing comfortably to go try on dresses...

Anyway like the other posters have mentioned, they do have a huge selection and offer free insured storage on their property for your dress until the big day :) They also have a discount if you purchase on your fist visit. Please also note, they do not allow any children under 12 in the store at all- this includes newborns, which after checking out the reviewers on google was a big deal :/ . I checked out about 4 stores before finding my dress at Weddings by Debbie. I hope this helps! Good luck! :)
