Proposal- Plan B Needed in case it rains!

Hi everyone!

So, my sister's boyfriend will be proposing this weekend (yay!!). He wants to take her to the water fountain near Hermann Park on Saturday, but when checking the weather channel today he saw there's a 50% chance of rain. He wants me to help him think of a "plan B" in case of rain, but I'm stuck!!

Anyone out there with suggestions?

My FI proposed on a ride at downtown Aquarium, but I guess that doesn't really help with the rain issue... hmm. Has he considered the whole scavenger hunt thing - where each note takes her to the next location? With him at the final spot? I've always thought those were cute proposals.
