My Vendor is Working my last nerve (Pelazzio)......Vent (long)

Ok, So I chose this venue because I loved the way the set up was and the initial consultaion was fantastic. Also it was another bride looking to book them the same date as mine!
#1So we booked the Venue and it has been down hill from there. Another reason I booked the venue was because I thought I was going to get the same set up as the photos, which SHERRY also included in the contract. I went there for a consultation recently and they have completely changed the set-up and I wasn't informed. I'm not to worry about that because I will get the set up that  was included in the contract. Forgive me if I'm jumping all over the place but is so much I want to say.
Moving on to the next issue. 
#2 I went there one day last year to pick out my linens, because I wanted to know what was needed to be purchased for decor. I pick out my linens that day and she assured me that she would put them in the package.
When I went to go see her this year, she acted like she didn't know what i was talking about. (Really)
If you book with this venue make sure you have a itemized list if you choose one of their package, because if not and you want to change something you will get differernt prices.
#3 Intial consultation I asked how much a DJ was for a hour and she told me
$195, so I decided that I didn't want the DJ because he was too expensive, well when i told them that she told me that it was 195 for a extra hour and that the services was 370 for 4 hours. I'm pissed right about now right,
#4 after our recent consultation she said she would email me the changes that we discussed, well I  didn't get the email until 2 WEEKS LATER, and then what we discussed was incorrect in the update, so now I have to set up another meeting. I'm tired talking and explaining what I want when she don't take proper notes. This is really stressing me out.
#5 in the initial consultation I asked if there would be plenty of appitizers for my guest and she ensured me that there would be, because i was concern about my guest only getting 1 of each. So the last visit, I wanted to add more food and she told me that it would be 1. 25 each.  Are you kidding me, I SURE HOPE SHE'S NOT SAYING THAT IS THE PRICE FOR EACH PIECE, BECAUSE I WOULD BE A FOOL IF I PAY 1.25 FOR A CHICKEN WING.
any way , there is more to this but I just wanted to list the important ones, be careful, I don't want you ladies to go through what I'm going through. Sherry is a wonderful person, but I need someone who is going to do their job and make mine less stressful.
#6 one more thing, flowers was included in the packet and I ORDERED MY BOUQUET FROM THIS VENDER AND NOW THEY HAVE CHANGED VENDORS, SO NOW I HAVE FLOWERS COMING FROM 2 VENDORS, BECAUSE I CAN'T GET A REFUND FROM THE FIRST ONE!!

    Oh WOW..We are about to put down our deposit for this place. Our wedding is sept of next year. I have been talking to Ms. GLADYS and so far so good. But maybe thats because im SUPER OCD about EVERYTHING and I stay ontop of ppl. They prob. gona get tired of me but I like to have things planned out and to the "T"...get a plan and execute it. YES IM CRAZY LOL...please keep me updated on whats going on. FI wants this place really badly..me...not so much (I can go to the court house). Maybe try Ms Gladys. We are getting the Extravaganza package

    Its a nice venue...Stay on top of them and make sure your get everything you discuss in writing and take notes. It's so sad but I think I'm going to start recording our conversations. I think Gladys is a Manager or something, but I will be changing my planner. I think they consider me a "Bridezilla" but I CAN care less. I will be meeting with the owner to discuss all of my concerns. Good luck
