I got my dress there and my BM's dresses there, I have also bought 3 other bridesmaid dresses there and I have always had great service. The prices were great too, and the sales person that helped me was really nice

The salesperson who helped me was great. i had a great experience with them, but i didn't get my alterations there b/c of mixed reviews on this and other sites.

Do they have undertgarments ( bras, slips) you can buy or do you need to bring your own?

I brought my own undergarments when I went, but I think they have some extra there if you forget. I don't think they sell any.

they do have extra stuff there if you need it. Jessica was the person who helped me on Friday. She was great
I just purchased my dress from there and will return in Feb to browse the new collection for BM dresses.

I bought my dress there and just got done with my last fitting. Everyone was really nice and I didn't have any problems with alterations. The salesperson I used was Natalie, and she is awesome. I highly recommend her.

I second Natalie as being an awesome salesperson!! she's been absolutely wonderful with all my dress stuff! All the girls there have been actually. I bought my dress there and the 3 BMs dresses are from there as well. They've been great with helping me find my flowergirl dresses, scheduling alterations, answering questions about undergarments... I HIGHLY recommend Ventura's!
