Cake/Officiants? ETC

Okay, I know I might be jumping around the whole wedding planning checklist but I am trying to get a majority of things taken care of during my week in town.

Cakes, I need some suggestions on places that I can check out.
I also need an Officiant...

We went with The Bavarian Cakery.  Her cakes taste great!  We're going with her amaretto cake with raspberry filling and butter cream frosting...

For cakes we went to Edible designs by Jessie.  Their cakes are phenomenal!!  We are having Grand Marnier for our cake and their prices are very reasonable. :)

For officiants we went with www.weddingsperformed.com
They have been very helpful and are also reasonably priced.

    Hope this helps. :)

Officiants, highly recommend weddingpastor.com, Ron Ramey has excellent reviews. You can see the different ceremony types online, pricing information, he responds to emails very promptly.

My friend Annabel went with Edible Designs by Jessie and the cake was delicious.  I'm not sure what the cost was but it looked and tasted great.

Other than Bavarian Cakery's bavarian cream (which is just a bunch of amazingness in it's own), we loved my cousin's wedding cake. Which is very surprising considering I do not like cake. It was from Alma's Cakes. It isn't in the best part of town she said, but it is great and is reasonable. It was a beatiful four tier cake with intricate fondant leaves on it for 270 people. All four layers were different flavors and fillings and she only paid $500 for it.

We were going to use Alma's Cakes, but FI has a close family friend that is making our cakes (she worked in a cake shop for years and makes delicious and beautiful cakes) as a wedding gift.
