St. John's Church-- Sam Houston Park Downtown

My Fiancé and I really want to get married at st.john's chapel. It is owned by the heritage society. They have a pretty big deposit and I just had a family member offer to put the money down. I just want to know if anyone has worked with the heritage society and if they are pretty good at refunding deposits or if they take off for crazy little things.

We were also looking at that place. We went with someplace different, but I thought it was a very cute and unique venue to go with! We just didnt think it was within our budget to have ceremony there and reception elsewhere.

I am not sure, but I have been to a wedding there once. And it was very intimate. I liked it.
