Cool, unique venues in Houston that allow outside catering (150 guests)?

Hi guys! I'm from Houston, planning my wedding from NYC. Looking for a venue that will allow outside catering and is a bit more unique than your normal hotel type venue. We will have about 150 guests, fall 2012 wedding, inside the loop preffered. Thanks!!

Hoping under $5,000 to rent the space, with catering, flowers, and liquor as additional costs.

Chateau Crystale offers room rental only, outside catering and alcohol allowed, it's on westheimer and gessner, their Remington room is for 100 guests, their Crystal room for 200 guests.

The Majestic Metro (www.majesticmetro.com).  Little above $5k, but it's definitely unique - and you won't want to spend a fortune on flowers to dress up the place.
