Hi,
I've most of my vendors finalized, but wanted to have a planner for the last month. How much does a planner typically cost? Anyone have any recommendations for wedding planner with experience with indian weddings?

So you are not seeking a wedding planner, you want a "DOC".  Make sure that when you call around looking for one that you ask for a DOC.  Otherwise the price difference between a wedding planner & DOC is dramatically different.

Day of or month of coordination will run you anywhere from $800 to $1600. 

As for Indian weddings, I'm not sure who specializes in them.

i know someone who has done many Indian weddings, but she's not a planner by profession. She's done really great work though. Would be happy to see if she is availble...when is your date?
