i don't know if you want silk sunflowers, but you can get those at michael's or hobby lobby.  steinmart may have the lanterns (they also have silk sunflowers, but probably not in the quantity you need).  i bet you can get the western props at hobby lobby.

I bought my Mason Jars from Family Dollar.  I don't remember the price per case, but they were cheap!!

You should check out the Oriental Trading Company http://www.orientaltrading.com/ for your Western props.  They have cheap cowboy hats, bandanas, sheriff badges, etc...
