Ashton Gardens

My fiance and I are just beginning to look at various venues near Houston. We both love Ashton Gardens and want to go and take a tour. I was hoping I could obtain some information regarding general pricing before we go and take a look. I don't want to take a tour and love it only to find out that it's not in our budget. Any information would be great!

Don't take this as 100% accurate, but when I asked them for pricing they sent me a table and I remember the typical Saturday wedding was $20,000. I think that included taxes, etc. They have kind of a package that includes food, alcohol, some kind of linens, I think centerpieces, and a cake, and the ceremony. I don't remember what else. It would not include a DJ, photographer, etc. and our budget was $20,000 so we didn't go with it. Maybe they have some specials though...

I just saw your date 10/2/11. If you want Ashton Gardens, or any venue for that matter, I would recommend emailing some of these places you are interested in to ask about pricing first. You would save some time rather than going around looking at them and finding out they are too expensive. You really don't have much time, October is a prime wedding month and usually books up very quickly with all vendors. Good luck though!

I am getting married at Ashton Gardens! I love it. The pricing varies by month, so it would actually be best like the pp said to email and find out, or call before going to take a tour.. I am getting married in September and the packages ranged from 12,000-20,000.  It all depends on the time of day and day in general and if you want the whole ballroom or just half of the reception room, the package includes Food, Chapel Rental, White or Ivory Linens, Centerpieces, the Coordinator (mine is extremely helpful).. I dont think im forgetting anything..and that is the all said and done prices.. taxes and everything.. no ad ons unless you go over your food budget.. anyways.. I think that should help a little! October is a prime month, so I would definitely call to check availability also!  Good Luck with Everything!! : )

Thank you both for the information! We're trying to stay around $15,000.00 so I emailed them to see if they can send me pricing information. I appreciate your help.

I am a wedding photographer and have shot weddings at Ashton Gardens many times. The place is beautiful.  You might  want to make sure that they are available on your wedding date and at the time you are wanting if your wedding is this year. I believe they do 2 or sometime even 3 weddings there in one given day and book way in advance, sometimes a year.    Good luck!

I'm having my wedding there next June and for a Friday evening wedding with food, alcohol and a wedding coordinator it's about $13000. The really nice thing about Ashton is that they provide centerpieces and altar decorations free of charge. So you can use their linens, centerpieces, altar decorations, and coordinating services without paying extra. If you're willing to do a weeknight wedding (Mon-Thurs) their whole package is only around 6-7k. I would have done that to save money but I have too many guests who couldn't make it on a weeknight.
