Nail Salon Recommendation?

I have no clue where my bridesmaids and I should go to get our nails done the day before the wedding. The last time I had my nails done in the Houston area was before leaving for college in 2004. If you know a good salon on the Westside of Houston, please let me know!

Also, for my nails, I'd really like to try something different than the basic french manicure. I've seen a few brides with a kind of "tuxedo" manicure where the nails are black and the tips are white. Does anyone know a place in the Houston area that does this OR a place where the technicians are easy to work with and I can just explain what I want?

    I think you can request that just about anywhere? but it would cost a little more.

    I'm getting mine and four bridesmaids done at Nail Club in Pearland, TX.  I would try and book a private room (we did) so you have more attentive service and it would feel more like a private party. We were able to book our's at 7pm on the Thursday leading up to the wedding that way we'll know all their appointments will be done for the day and we weren't going to be "rushed" out. HTH

    Isle Pedi Spa in Rice Village really knows how to serve it! They have personal t.v's great salon service and offers drinks!
