I'm looking for some referrals for photo & video for October wedding in Houston.  Our wedding is booked for Houstonian, and will be blended western and traditional Indian wedding.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.  Also if anyone to stay clear of - that's appreciated too!

I am using popvideohouston.com they are awesome. They have done several indian/western weddings and are reasonable.

I'm not sure of your budget, but my cousin just had her wedding done by Marisa with Captive Art Photography. The pictures came out AMAZING and her packages start at $750. She's doing our wedding in 2014 and I'm soo excited. I can't rave enough about her.

I would like to second A&A. I got an AWESOME rate with them that includes not only my wedding, my bridal protraits, and we did a save the date commercial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KE0OOnirn14&noredirect=1), My wedding planner, Katherine from Houston Event Planning, was able to secure a great rate with them. If you have a wedding planner, see if she can negotiate something with them, or at least get a discounted rate through one of their Bridal Shows.
