design dilemma!

Anyone else having this problem????

I wanted DESPERATELY to have a fall wedding, and got stuck doing it in May. Finally came up with a great plan, and we decided we COULD wait the extra months and do it the next fall (this fall.) Now, I can't decide on anything. I thought I wanted laid-back and casual.... for my May wedding it was very shabby chic and girly.... so now I'm still feeling the elegant feminine thing BUT it's an outdoors wedding and I want to play off the fall colors. THOUGHTS????

I'm leaning towards lots of cream and golds, with accents in deep plums, reds, and oranges. I can't commit to anything!

I think it would be great either way you choose to go.  I'm having a fall wedding as well (Sept 24th).  But I actually chose to go with Dusty Rose, Ivory, and Black as my colors.  Even if you have an outside wedding...I believe you can still add the elegant touch to it and play off the fall colors as you want. Where is your wedding ceremony being held at?

I'm actually getting married back in South Carolina where my family is. It's at an old plantation house. Here's some pics...  http://lovelydayforawedding.blogspot.com/2010/02/we-booked-our-wedding-venue.html

I was going to go with a an outdoor wedding (got kind of sucked into indoor ceramony due to time of year of wedding to humid) I was going to have it be formal by making the reception more formal and by playing off the idea that the flowers can make it more formal just pull from the colors of the location.
