Hi Jen!

I am getting married at Safari Texas Ranch in November 2011!

The pricing is based on the food you choose and whether or not you have open bar. I chose a chicken dish and carving station with "premium" open bar. This comes out to $55/head. I will have to get my contract out for more details, but they have 4 different options for alcohol - beer & wine only, "house", "call," and "premium" - with house being cheapest and premium most expensive, if you want liquor. Therefore, you can make it cheaper by choosing a different alcohol class. The price will also go up if you choose a different food - like steaks or seafood.

The pricing is "all-inclusive" - so it includes linens and centerpices as well. I am doing both ceremony & reception - I get 1 hour for my ceremony & 5 hours for my reception. You can add extra hours for $450.

I am looking at places for my friend. she is on a pretty tight budget, so for the "whole " price, you pay per person,  are there any rental fees, she alos wants to have her ceremony and recpetion there. she is trying to stay around 5/6k and I dont think she wants any alcohol..  do you think that is workable budget for that venue? Let me know, if you prefer to email me or PM me that works too.

The price per person is the whole fee - there are no separate fees aside from the per person cost.

If she doesn't want alcohol at all, then the price per head will drop a good amount. I think it is workable - but it also depends on how many people she expects.
