We are getting married at the Omni in the Palm Court, no microphones allowed. About 100 guests in a 3 tiered area. There will be a full open bar, 3 stations and passed tapas.
Can someone please help me with the order the reception should go, we are having a pianist because of no microphones or plugged in capability, this is the hotel rule in the area. There will be limited space for dancing and there really is not any dancing planned other than the bride and groom. I am concerned the guests will be wandering if there is no direction, less than a month out, need your thoughts.
