BYOB Wedding Venues

I'm looking for a Venue that will allow us to supply our own Alcohol and Possibly our own Catering.  I have been looking through all of the books and online but I have not had much luck.

Any suggestions?

What area of town ? Budget ? How many guest ?

I dont think they allow outside catering but they ARE BYOB...   Le Jardin

Anywhere in houston is good with us. we are planning for 250 guest.  We only want to spend about 25000 total.

Oak Tree Manor is BYOB and they have a catering service but they're flexible and let you bring your own caterers if you want
