Paraiso Maravilla and The Gallery????

Hello I am new to the wedding boards. I just got engaged on Valentines Day. I would like to go ahead and secure a venue early so I can get that part out the way. I really like the Paraiso Maravilla and The Gallery. Does anyone have any information about these places. I would like to have a my ceremony and reception at the same location, with about 75 to 100 guest. I also am planning on having an evening wedding. Thanks for any help or advise you may have regarding these venues...

    Congrats!!!

I'm getting married at The Gallery on 5/1, I love the place and Tara is great to work with, yes you do have to find your own vendors but we were able to save a lot by doing some leg work.  Let me know if you have any specfic questions about the gallery.

Both venues are beautiful with similar styles, but with their own personality:

    The Gallery:
    • It's an all, bring your vendors for everything venue
    • They only provide tables and chairs (mahogony chivari) for you.
    • Capabilities for both ceremony (indoor or outdoor) and reception in same venue.
    • Cost friendly
    • Does book quickly

    Paraiso Maravilla
    :
    • Bring all your vendors, with the exception of alcohol (must be purchased through them)
    • Caterer must be approved by venue
    • Provide tables and chairs (gold chivari)
    • Capabilities for both ceremony and reception in same venue.
    • Gorgeous landscaping
    • Not as cost friendly for prime times (Sat. evenings)
    • Does book quickly

Hope this helps you!  Let me know if you have additional questions!

I looked at both of those venue too. They are very pretty. I was looking for something that offered a little more scenery.

You should look at Agave Road in Katy. It sits on 30 acres. It's beautiful and they have all inclusive packeges which takes the stress level WAY down. I just booked my wedding there for Novenber. Good Luck!
