RD - Los Cucos

Has anyone used Los Cucos on Westheimer for their rehearsal dinner?  I just came back from talking with the manager there and their prices are VERY reasonable and within my budget.  Problem is my RD will be on a Saturday night and I'm concerned with the parking (shares same lot with nearby businesses).  Did anyone have any problems with parking or am I overly concerned?  Also how was your experience using them?

Also if you have any other suggestions for rehearsal dinner venues.  I'm looking to spend less than $12 pp and looking for something inner loop.

Thanks :)

Los Cucos isn't inner loop?  Do you mean inside the Belt?

There are many Los Cucos locations - the one on Westheimer is just outside the loop.

I threw a bachelorette party dinner at this exact location on a  Saturday night. I did not have any problem with parking, and the service was great! I reserved their private room for about 30 people and did not even have to pay a deposit. They can pre-set the menu for fajitas, or everyone can order individually.

I was actually thinking of doing my rehearsal dinner at Los Cucos as well, but it depends on where my ceremony is held.

We had our RD at the Los Cucos on Westheimer. We had about 65 people and used the larger room. We didn't have any trouble with parking. We had plenty of food left. It was great food and very reasonable budget wise. The only thing we had trouble with was the TV because we couldn't figure how to play our slideshow that we created. Other than that it was great!

looks like the PP had better experience than I did... however, mine was over 4 years ago... but i swear, if i walked in there, they'd still remember me because of the scene I created because they lied and tried to sit us with the general public, acted as if they had no idea we were coming, even though they called 2 hours earlier to confirm... anyhow- that's the just start of it... but like I said, it looks like they've improved...
the food was delicious, even though I'm sure ours came with SPIT in it. =)

Sorry you had a bad experience. Maybe the management has changed since then. i had my RD last August. We had a buffet (fajitas-beed & chicken, cheese enchiladas). I think it was $11 /pp that included drinks and chips/queso

yup- i don't think we had a buffet- i think we just fajita dinners for everyone and it came with chips and queso for the appetizer... and for that place's sake, i hope management DID change!
