does anyone have good recommendations for a dj in the houston area? its so hard for me to find one bc its hard to see their work and if they are good or not. its not like a photographer where you can go on their website and see their work. please give me any recommendations and if you used a particular one and why you choose them?

    I used Jonny Black Productions and loved it. He did an amazing job! He knew exactly how a reception would flow and had perfect timing for all the special events (First Dances, bouquet toss, etc.) On our last dance of the night he even had everybody come onto the dance floor and form a circle around us, which was so special, it almost made my husband cry.

    I had to plan my Houston wedding from Huntsville and he was so accomodating and willing to work with us over the phone and via email. He is affordable, talented, and really a good person with a strong moral compass.
    And now we are as one

    We JUST booked Jonny Black productions, and he is awesome so far. They have a great show room and he gave us all of our options and worked with us to work up a plan that fit just right into our reception. The rate was a little higher than I expected, but well worth what I'm getting. He asked tons of questions and I could tell he really cared about doing a good job and getting to know us.
