Any tips for finding a particular dress locally?

I have fallen completely in love with a dress I found online. It is from a 2010 line though, and I have no clue where to begin in order to find it locally. I definately want to try it on before I buy, so ordering it online without seeing how it looks on me is out of the question. Any tips on how to find my dress (San Patrick Edimburgo) in this area?

Or should I just get to cold calling every bridal shop in a 100 mile radus?

Have you tried looking for it here on the Knot under "dresses"?? If you can find it you can click on it and it will tell you where you can get it. Or at least it gives you a store name or number to call..otherwise just google that dress and maybe the designer can tell you locally where you can order it or try it on at.

according to San Patrick's website, the 3 Houston area stores that carry their brand are: Bella Deur, Ventura's Bridal, and Weddings by Debbie. You could start by calling those places. they might still have the dress.
