Destination Wedding

I have 2 question for ya'll:
1. Can anyone tell me if I need to permit to get married on the beach in Galveston Island?
2. I live in Las Vegas, NV and I will be getting married in TX, which state do I need to get my marriage license in?

I think you need a permit, but I'm not 100% sure. And I think you have to apply for a marriage certificate in the state you're getting married! I'm getting married in the Bahamas though so I am not 100% sure of that either! Good luck!

You will need to get a marriage license in any Texas county 3-30 days before your wedding.
