Is anyone planning to stay in a hotel in downtown Houston? If so, what hotels would you recommend looking at?

    We are actually having our wedding Downtown -- we're staying at The Magnolia Hotel. There is also Alden Houston right down the street, they are both very trendy boutique type hotels. There are plenty of hotels in Downtown Houston though you should be able to find something. Good luck!

    We are staying at Hotel Zaza in the museum district.  But we are also having our reception there.  It's a very nice and happening hotel.

    We were gifted a suite at Doubletree Downtown.  Never been there - perhaps some of the ladies on the board have????
