Looking for suggestions on a venue that is non inclusive. Something that is just the venue and we can build the wedding from the ground up.

I second The Gallery. I am having my wedding there next March and I'm so excited about it! You get the space, tables and chivari chairs and then you go from there.

The Gardens of Bammel Lane.
We are having our wedding there in November and it is completely DIY and beautiful. I can't wait.

I just posted to your Tin Hall question...

Tin Hall only includes liquor - which you can pick and choose what you want. Their prices are actually fairly reasonable on the alcohol.
