I know you got married at Regatta Place last summer and I had a quick question about going their "preludes."  Which one did you go to, the one in July or the one in Feb?  It sounds like they have more food to taste at the one in Feb but it's at Ocean Cliff so I'm tempted to go to the one this weekend instead but want to make sure it's worth it.  I'd love to know your thoughts and also any vendors you really liked!  We've picked a photog and a DOC but that's it.  Glad I have 12 more months!!

I am a Regatta bride and I went to the prelude back in Feb at the OceanCliff.  It was very helpful meeting vendors and trying some of their amazing food.  Have you seen the Regatta all set up yet?  I finally did a few weeks ago and I fell in love all over again.  I booked in Feb so I got to see the winterized version.  I think it would be worth it for you to go if you haven't seen it with the tent set up yet.  I also just recently booked a few vendors if you have any questions.

I was invited to the February one but we were away on vacation.  Since I was married in July, it was too late.  I never got to go but I hear they are fabulous.  As for vendors, I loved my photog. but you said you aready booked that.  I also LOVED my florist.  Toni Chandler. http://www.tonichandlerflorals.com   She will work with any budget and really listened to what I wanted.  I actually hugged her the day of the weeding because the flowers were so beautiful.  I also highly rec. Lori from Wavelenghts salon for hair but wasn't crazy about some of the others there.  Good luck but I know you will love everything about Regatta!  If you have any other question, please feel free to ask.  I am mainly on the knot now but I check over on this board every once in awhile because I still love wedding stuff.  ;-)
