Renting a Beach House for ceremony/reception

Hey Knotties! I was wondering if anyone has rented a big beach house to have an outside ceremony and reception? If so, how did you go about finding the place, and what was needed? Also, about how much did it end up costing? I would be willing to rent the house for an entire week in june of next year.

We aren't doing this, but did consider it.  You could check out homeaway.com for houses.  Usually with the large houses listed they list whether they allow weddings or not.  I think you can just do a search for "wedding" and that should get you started.  You could allow just do a google search if you have some sort of idea of location. 
For the cost, you probably have the cost of the house rental, plus an additional charge of having a wedding there.  Additionally, you'll probably need to rent a tent, tables, chairs, and possibly port-a-potties.
