What is involved in an Anglican ceremony?

My grandfather is an Anglican/Lutheran minister. My FI and I would really like him to perform our wedding, for sentimental value. Neither of us is religious, but my grandfather performed my parents' wedding twenty five years ago and I've always dreamed that he would do mine.

The problem is that my FI and I don't want a religious ceremony, and I'm not sure if my grandfather is "allowed" to do that. Does anyone know what a typical Anglican ceremony involves? Or how much a minister is able to deviate from that?

Thanks for your help!
