Aria Dresses?

Hi everyone!

I'm seriously considering dresses from AriaDress for my bridesmaids for a number of different reasons.

Has anyone purchased these dresses for their wedding or a wedding they're in?

I wore them a few years ago as a bridesmaid. It was great because we each picked a style we liked in the same color. It worked out really well.

I really wanted to go with Aria--they were my first choice. But not very convenient.  I was afraid to do the whole ordering process online and their nearest showroom is 1.5 hours away from me which would make it difficult to get all the girls to go up together at one time. Good luck if you do go with them!  Their dresses really are beautiful!

    Thanks for the feedback!

Pha - this is what I'm thinking for my bridesmaids (different styles, same color). I have three BMs and my MOH, and they are all different body types. Plus, I really would like everyone to feel comfortable with a style of their own choosing.

Plus, my bridesmaids all live in the Boston area, so I think we can all make it to the showroom to try on a few styles.

My sister is very "anti-dress" in general and lives in NJ, so I'm going to have a couple of styles that she likes sent home to her through the try on program. I actually see a dress that I'd love to try on for my gown, so hopefully it all works out.

We considered aria, but again because of the difficulty of getting everyone to the showroom (one bridesmaid in australia, 1 in virginia, 1 in providence, and 1 in New York), we went with J. Crew instead... each girl is wearing a different dress in the same color.

Just wanted to add that I did not try it on before ordering. The bride sent us a few styles to choose from and we just picked one and sent in our measurements. I think a few of the girls tried them on, but not everyone did.

    Thanks, Heather.

It's now looking like the three bridesmaids (who all live in Boston or the immediate neighborhoods around) want to go to the showroom to try them on.

My sister will be trying hers on through the try on program, and I'll be doing my gown try on this way as well so my mom and sister can see it on.

I'll be sure to let everyone know how this turns out.

They were in the running for my girls, but I am going with Anna Elyse instead...same concept of different styles with same color.  But, I've heard great things about Aria and I've been a bridesmaid in a wedding where I didn't try on the dress until the day it came in the mail - we just sent our measurements in and picked the dress out and it was mailed to us.  Wasn't through Aria or Anna Elyse, but it was a good experience.
