Bridesmaid Help

Happy Friday!  I am inquiring about hair and make up for the bridal party.  I am fortunate that my mother in law is a make up artist, so she will be doing my make up.  I know she is the type of person that would offer to do the make up for my 3 bridesmaids, especially since one is her daughter, but want to make sure she isnt rushed and has enough time to herself. So i think if the girls wanted to get their make up done I may request she bring one of her assistants. And in terms of the hair, a woman is coming to me to do my hair on the wedding day.  If I am not recquiring my girls to have their hair or make up done, is this something I would pay for either way?  Or would I get pricing on each and say they would be available for this price and let them choose?

I have someone coming to me for my hair/makeup as well. I gave my girls the prices for each and let them choose what/if anything they wanted done. I also let them know that it wasnt required so they could do their own or whatever suited them.

I paid for my girls to have their make up done but gave them the option to have their hair done professionally. They opted on doing their own hair since both girls had short hair. I know being a bridesmaid can be costly so I wanted to help since both girls are grad students. If you give them the options and don't require that they get their hair and make up done professionally, than I don't see an issue with them having to pay for the services especially if you made the price of the services known to them.
