Bridal Shower venue where you can bring your own food. Need Help!

Hi all, I'm sure most brides aren't involved with planning the bridal shower but I am just curious to see how much they typically cost. Many of my friends do bridal showers at restaurants and that gets expensive when you think about the $ per plate. I'm looking for a pretty banquet/private event room that could fit 50+ where we could have off site catering or just make our own food and have our own buffet. 
Any feedback would be appreciated. Where did you/will you have your bridal shower?

    What location are you looking in?

    We had my friend's at The Sweet House in Attleboro, MA. It's literally a house that you rent out. We all made/brought food. It was pretty and worked out nicely.
