Budget Waterfront or Beach Wedding Venue in MA or RI

I am looking for a Budget Venue where I can get married on the beach / waterfront  and yet hold a reception for 150 people in the same place. It will be a Sunday late morning /afternoon Brunch affair. The front runner is Easton's Rotunda right now but am I forgetting anyone?

Needs:
Site fee under $2000
150 capacity
allows a late morning wedding
Outside Venue for ceremony, preferably waterfront

Does it have to be a beach? If not, check out Luciano's Lake Pearl in Wrentham, MA.  I believe they are waterfront and have a big brunch.

<div>Capacity is only 100 for this venue. Hmm, this is a tough one!</div><div>
</div><div>No idea about capacity or rental fee but there's the Galillee Beach Club: <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.galileebeachclub.com/weddings.php">http://www.galileebeachclub.com/weddings.php</a></div><div>
</div><div>A co-worker got married on the beach at Atlantic Beach Club in Middletown, which is right next to the rotunda. No idea about cost, but I'm guessing the rotunda is cheaper.</div><div>
</div><div>Edited to add: Wait, what about having your ceremony at the Rose Nulman Park on the water in Narragansett (you make a donation to the Visiting Nurses Service in honor of the guy who kept the land open; I have the number if you are interested) and then having your reception at Spain just down the street? They actually only do daytime weddings at Spain, though I'm not sure if that's the cuisine you're looking for. If you wanted a place where you could bring in your own caterer, you could do the ceremony at Rose Nulman and have the reception at Kinney Bungalow ($1,850 on Fridays, Sundays and holidays and $2,500 on Saturdays for a nonresident.) Their capacity is 150.</div><div>
</div><div>Alternately, you can have a ceremony at Point Judith Lighthouse in Narragansett but there are a lot of rules (such as no chairs except for the elderly). I also have that info if you are interested. The guy at Rose Nulman seemed so much easier to work with!</div><div>
</div><div>(Shoot, after all that I realized you wanted ceremony and reception at the same place, but I'll post anyway because these locations are pretty close to each other and maybe it would work for you.)</div>

You might want to check with Shelter Harbor Inn in Westerly. They have no site fee and seemed to be really reasonable as far as pricing. I'm not sure what their capacity is, but they only offer daytime weddings (receptions between 11:30 and 5:00) and they'll customize a menu for you based on your vision. I'm not sure if there's an ocean view from the reception area, but their website states that a private beach is easily accessible from their grounds for photo opportunities, etc. Their website is: http://www.shelterharborinn.com/index. I could forward you a copy of their menu and information they sent me, if you'd like.

Also, as someone else mentioned, Easton's Beach Rotunda could also be an option for you. The view is gorgeous and I believe it costs about $2,000 to rent the facility. Quidnessett Country Club also offers weddings on their grounds (and there is an ocean view). They have no site fee and would probably fit into your budget (they offer low food/beaverage purchase minimums-- only $2,500 for a Saturday daytime wedding). I'm not sure if the menu is what you're looking for, but you may want to check out their website.

^ yep sounds like my venue, Easton Beach Rotunda. However, you do have to buy insurance which we paid $175 for us via wedsafe.

I got married at the Village Inn in Narragansett and would recommend it. The capacity is about 250 people, I think, and you can get married on the sundeck overlooking the bay.

You could also have your ceremony at the gazebo near the Towers and then your reception at the Towers (not sure of the Sunday rate) or the Village Inn. A friend of our also had their reception for about 150 at the Coast Guard House. That could be a possibility as well.

I went to a wedding at the Rotunda at Easton's Beach last year and it was really beautiful!!!  Plus we got to ride the carosel for a while and the pictures of the bridal party on it were great!

Canonchet Beach Club in Narragansett is a good place. My fam has thrown many parties there. You have to bring everything in but it is right on the beach. I know peak season 1,000 so def in your budget : )
