I like the second..the first has too much going on for my taste. I love the monogram aisle runner look and am doing this as well. Hopefully I won't trip! lol

i like the seccond one but i tend to gravitate to the more simple designs.

I will be using my aisle runner more as decoration than traditionally. My aisle runner will be stuck down to the rug with double sided tape and will be out during the entire ceremony aka i am not having someone roll it out for me, my guests will step on it before i do.

i agree with others that you dont need one if it is outside or if your church/ceremony venue is absolutly gorgeous (the only thing i dont like about my ceremony venue is the carpet so the runner will help with the ugly dusty pink color)
