We had a Knottie posting on the board that a business was closed. Please take note that Plantation Catering of Newport is not for sale. Carol Smith, the owner has been present since the inception in 1983. However, Ms. Kimberly Levering Fisher has currently taken the reins as the new Director of Sales who started this position, September 1, 2010. Kim had previously worked at Plantation Catering and has returned to Plantation Catering to take this leadership position. You are welcome to contact the management for any details.
