Hello! I am helping a friend of mine get some info for her wedding next year. She lives in MD and was considering getting a wedding planner and I was hoping you ladies could help! I never got one for my wedding so I have no clue where to begin. Any help would be great! Thank you!

So my recommendation is Andria from Infinite Events.  There are several other knotties that use her services.  She is such a sweetheart, professional and creative.  Her website has some great information on her services.  I highly recommend her.  I am extremely happy with the service she is providing me and my fiance.  http://www.infinite-events.net/

I recommend Andria as well.  She was highly recommended by the ladies on this board which is why i decided to hire her as my day of coordinator.  She was also very sweet and knowledgeable on the phone.

I don't usually post on here, but just an FYI - my fiance and I are planning from Washington, D.C. - and we hired Jen Hansen, of Gracious Events. She is AMAZING. No joke.

My parents live in Michigan, his parents are in NY - and Jen has gone and met with each of our vendors AND done a walk through - since it's hard for us to get up to RI to do it ourselves.

I HIGHLY recommend Jamie Nelson of Eventfully Planned. My fiance and I met with her about our wedding for next year, and immediately felt a connection with her. She is extremely organized and is intuitive to what I am invisioning. I found out about Jamie from a friend of mine who hired her for wedding which was last year. Her weddings are beautiful and she is a sweetheart.

We are using Karen Bennett Motta from KBM events and we absolutely LOVE her.  She is really affordable, and got our "vision" right off the bat.  She has done a great job taking the stress out of the planning for me and I can't wait to see it come together for the big day in only a month!!
