Help! Looking for an Affordable, Decent Nail Salon Near East Providence, RI

I really hope someone can help me out with this. I'm trying to find a nail salon reasonably close to East Providence, RI (I live in Rumford). 

I'd like one that is farily decent in pricing (would rather not pay $50 for a simple pedicure) and the employees are good with creativity as far as doing the designs on acrylics.

I'm also trying to avoid places where there may be a language barrier, because the design I want is kind of hard to explain.

My wedding is at the end of July, and I'm going into panic mode. 
I don't want to just pick a random salon and would rather go somewhere that somene has had good luck with.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it greatly!

I would check out Bella Salon on Newport Ave. The girl that does nails there is so nice and creative. I am not sure on pricing but I am pretty sure they are average. I started going there because they were on livingsocial & I ended up loving her. After getting a job at a hospital I can no longer get my nails done! But I totally recommend her (I am pretty sure she is the only nail tech there, so definitely make an appointment!)

If you don't mind going over the red bridge to Wickeden St, try Metro Nails. They've always done a great job and they are definitely not expensive.

I live in East Providence myself. There is a place called addy's or something in the plaza over near Mc Green's liquors. They are about average price and she is really nice there.
