Question for Towers Brides

I am considering the Towers in Narragansett for our wedding.  I have tried multiple times for over two months to contact the coordinator, Kate Vivian, at the email address listed on the Towers website.  I have been unable to get a reply.  Does anyone have another contact/phone number?  Any feedback from previous Towers brides?  Thanks in advance!

    hi
I would try calling and leaving a message. Be sure to tell Kate that you have previously emailed in your message. Be patient. she will get back to you...but it takes a while. Don't worry the closer to your wedding it gets ,the more responsive she is.Here is the contact phone #  (401) 782-2597 ·
    Or try this email dkvivian@cox.net
  • Call leave messages & emails, I called everyday for like 2 weeks after getting engaged. But I got a call back after my fiance called and left her a massage. Of course the date we had originally envisioned was taken and we chose to push the wedding back a year to have our dream venue.

When going after the Towers you have to be persistent!!!

(I also wrote to brides on the Knot asking for help and the key word was persistence")
  • You have to be persistant and patient!  We booked at The Towers about 15 months in advance...A few months ago after having our deposit cashed, she assured me we were "penned" in for our date...

I assume she'll be easier to reach when it gets closer to our date. :)

As your date gets closer Kate is much easier to reach. In the two weeks leading up to our wedding she was always accessible, and even the night before I was able to chat with her!
  • Thank you all for the help and advice!  I did manage to get in touch with Kate after 8 weeks of trying... unfortunately our date in May 2014 is already taken, I can't help but wonder if it would have been available had we gotten a timely response.
  • Sorry to hear your date was taken. My first choice date was already taken too, then we decided to push the wedding back a year so we could have the wedding on a Saturday in June...now its only a lil over 6 months away (time flys). Did you pick another date or a new venue?
