Do you know who designed this dress?

Anyone know what designer is on the cover of Inside Weddings, Fall 2010? I'll take a look on the inside cover next time I'm at a store that carries the publication.  I'm curious to know if anyone knows off the top of their head!

    Definitely couture. But it's really difficult to see all the details of the entire dress so my guess is it is a Romona Keveza gown. There is a dress quite similar to it in her 2011 line. She seems to have many one shoulder/asymmetrical illusion necklines in her designs. Not sure of the name. Martha Stewary Weddings has the original pic.

    Good eyes!  Looks like the same dress to me!  I think the magazine cover might have flipped the photo horizontally to make the 1 shoulder go on the other side.  Thanks for the help!

    Yeah I think I like it better flipped that way (cover dress). Beautiful gown overall!
