Need ceremony ideas for the North Kingstown area...please help

We're hoping to have our reception at Quidnessett CC but they dont do Sat evening ceremonies there. So we're looking for a place to have the ceremony within 15 minutes of the country club. Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.

    First Baptist Church of East Greenwich is about 10 minutes away.  Also, there's Goddard State Park (they have a super cute carousel/pavilion right on the water).

    Goddard Park is a great idea.  If you are looking for a church-type building, there is this place in EG called the New England Wireless and Steam Musuem, which has a meeting house for ceremonies, and it is a just 15 minutes away

    What is your religious denomination if you don't mind me asking? If you were to go to a church then that most likely would require some marriage prep program, or actaully being a part of that faith. As far as having another site for the wedding I would look into Goddard park, it is really pretty there. Providence is a 20/25 minute drive from there and Roger Williams Park is also beautiful. Google ceremony spots in RI and I am sure you will find a whole lots more..You have over year I am sure you will be okay! Good Luck :)

    Our ceremony was in Wickford at a church (Episcopal).  I think the First Baptist Church in Wickford is pretty lenient about having a ceremony there.

    South Ferry Church?  Small but reasonable price.  Talk to KC at West Bay Gourmet about bookings.  Usually fills up fast, but its cute and historic

    we're in the same boat and we decided on goddard park carousel, since most of the places around only accommodate 100ish people and we have 150 guests...still not exactly sure how we're going to set it up but for $200 for the day (including chairs) you cant really beat the price! however, it does book up really quick on saturdays.  i actually booked mine a year ago on the date of the wedding and when i showed up at 6 am that day to book it, there was already someone else waiting there to book our date.  i was very surprised but we worked it out!

    Other then that I have a Farm that I'm going to be holding events and weddings at in Exeter but that's a little bit further then 15mins.

    There are 3 churches on Main St. in Wickford, so that could be an option. I live in Wickford and there are a couple beaches here as well if you want to get into that option.

    But Goddard park could be perfect since it's practically right on the other side of Quidnessett.
