Hair stylists this late in the game?

So I procrastinated to the point of seemingly no return for choosing a hair stylist! Can anyone recommend a hair stylist that may be under the radar? A lot of the recommendations I've seen in the past (Sam C was the big one) are booked for this summer. There's no way I can do my own hair; I'm talentless with it!

    Another possibility might be Allison Barbera...  I booked with Jennie Kay (can't wait!!!) but I'd come across Allison's name in doing my research.  Read a few reviews that were decent (i.e., no one hated their hair, but no one seemed to be raving either).  Whereas with Jennie Kay, the reviews were overwhelmingly enthusiastic.  And Jennie has been great to work with up to this point!  Highly recommend them!

    I am using Allison Barbera for makeup but as far as I know, she does not do hair.  She has a friend who she will recommend to you for hair, but I think she just focuses on makeup.  If you are looking for someone for makeup, she is fantastic!  I would highly recommend her and she is super easy to work with....

    I am using Sam C for hair but I think you mentioned that she is already booked on your wedding date

    I'm actually working with Allison for my makeup and she's been great. She did recommend her friend for hair but I wanted some suggestions. Jennie Kay I have heard great things about, but I can't justify the price considering our budget. I don't want to spend more than $70 for a hair style.

    i would recommend Sara Faella or Chandra Sek; I've heard great things on both and I did a trial with Sara and loved her personality and creativity!

    Sara has a facebook page so you can check out some of her work there! She also does beautiful make up as well! She will travel to you too!

    Chanda is based in Providence and will travel to you as well.  Her rates are very reasonable.  Contact me if you would like more details!

    PunkyFresh (on facebook too).. not sure your budget, but she travels to wherever you're prepping and also has a makeup artist and does makeup as well
